Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. The Bluedog Win a Deco X10 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System Promotion,  is organized by Bluedog Technology (Pty) Ltd (Organiser) 1.2. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

2.1. The Promotion runs from 6th November 2024 to 28th February 2025. 2.2. Any entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Promotion is open to all new and existing Bluedog customers who: – Successfully sign up for a new internet service and have their service installed and activated within the Promotion Period. – Successfully upgrade their current Bluedog internet service and complete the upgrade process, including payment, within the Promotion Period. 3.2. Employees, agents, or affiliates of Bluedog, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

4. Entry Requirements

4.1. A “qualified entry” is defined as: – A new customer who has completed installation and the first payment for their internet service within the Promotion Period. – An existing customer who has completed an upgrade and payment on their internet service within the Promotion Period. 4.2. Each qualifying customer is automatically entered into the Promotion.

5. Prize and Winner Selection

5.1. The prize(s) will be awarded as follows: a Deco X10 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System by TP Link 5.2. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all qualified entries and announced on 7^th March 2025]. 5.3. The Organizer will notify the winner by phone and email and may announce the winner on our official website and social media channels.

6. Prize Claim and Redemption

6.1. The winner must claim their prize by 7^th April 2025 by coming to the Bluedog offices to collect. 6.2. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, they forfeit their prize, and an alternative winner will be selected. 6.3. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other item.

7. General Conditions

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to manipulate the Promotion. 7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason. 7.3. The Organizer accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Promotion. 8.2. Personal information will not be shared with any outside third parties unless required by law.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa 9.2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
